RICHARD P. CATON

Richard P. Caton is the founding partner at the firm. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, and Kentucky.  Mr. Caton graduated from Centre College of Kentucky in 1976, with honors,  with a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and economics. He pursued his law degree at the University of Kentucky where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1978, again graduating with honors.  Mr. Caton focuses his practice on Wills, Trusts, Probate Administration, Real Estate Property Law, 1031 Exchanges, Estate Planning, and Small Business Corporation and Limited Liability Companies Formations.  He has been active with youth sports in Pinellas County, Florida, and is a past President of the Greater Seminole Area Chamber of Commerce and Pinellas Mid-County Bar Association.  He received the distinguished Mr. Seminole honor for 2008 – 2009.  Some other notable accomplishments and/or participation include:
